Located in Istanbul Ataşehir and with a height of 186 meters, the project was sold to Allianz Insurance on April 15, 2015 and was renamed Allianz Tower. Allianz Tower, which contributes significantly to the efficiency of office workers with its difference in architectural structure, environmentally friendly engineering approach, energy saving solutions and architectural approach, is Turkey's first shell&core high-rise office project with LEED Platinum Certificate.
